The goal of the Career Development Services Department is to assist people living with barriers to employment and independence.

This department assists clients through vocational evaluation, skills training, job coaching and placement, job retention, housing and transportation assistance, and multi level information and referral services.

330 individuals successfully were placed in jobs in 2006.
